Two Ways to Delete Your Account

Delete in the Viewlo app
To delete your Viewlo account, follow these steps:
- 1Open the Viewlo app.
- 2Go to Profile.
- 3Tap View Profile.
- 4Tap Delete Account.
- 5Confirm that you want to delete your account.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
You may also request account deletion by emailing us at:
help@viewloapp.comPlease include the email address associated with your Viewlo account and, if available, your Viewlo ID.
We typically respond within a few business days.

What data is deleted
When your Viewlo account is deleted, Viewlo deletes account-related personal information associated with your profile, including:
- Account profile information
- Email address
- Phone number, if provided
- Viewlo ID
- Call history and related account activity
- Other personal data associated with your Viewlo account
Data we may retain
Viewlo may retain limited information when required for purposes such as:
- Legitimate business operations
- Security and fraud prevention
- Payment processing and dispute resolution
- Legal, tax, or regulatory compliance
Any retained data will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.
